littlekin.1. Who we are and your agreement
Littlekin at littlekin.world is operated by Littlekin World (the “operator”, “we” or “us”). These terms apply to your use of the game, its community features and optional purchases. By creating an account through the registration controls displaying these terms, you accept this agreement. Our Privacy Notice explains how we process personal information; accepting these terms does not constitute consent to optional advertising, analytics or community emails.
You must be at least 18 to create an account, and meet any higher age requirement applicable where you live. Only an adult authorized to use the payment method may make purchases. Do not provide a false age or identity or impersonate another person.
Keep your account credentials and recovery email secure. Do not sell, rent, share or transfer an account. You are responsible for activity you authorize and must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We will assess unauthorized activity reasonably; you are not automatically responsible for every action caused by a failure outside your control.
2. Keep this little world welcoming
These rules apply to caretaker and pet names, biographies, comments, private messages, shared content and other interactions:
- No swearing, profanity, obscene language, slurs or deliberately disguised versions of prohibited words.
- No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, targeted insults, stalking or encouragement of violence or self-harm.
- No sexual content, sexual solicitation, grooming or exploitation. Content exploiting children is strictly prohibited.
- No posting another person’s private information, credentials or images without permission, and no attempts to pressure people into sharing personal details.
- No scams, phishing, malware, spam, unsolicited advertising, impersonation or misleading links.
- No unlawful content or infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. Only post content you have the right to share.
- No bots, automated gameplay, unauthorized scraping, exploits, reward farming through fake accounts, payment fraud or manipulation of referrals, ratings or other game systems. Do not evade a restriction by creating another account.
- Do not attack, overload or bypass the service’s security or access controls. Report a suspected vulnerability privately without accessing other people’s information.
Disagree respectfully and use the report controls or contact us when something is wrong. Moderation is not guaranteed to detect every violation immediately. Do not rely on Littlekin as an emergency service.
3. Coins, items, eggs and purchases
Coins, items, eggs, creatures, levels and traits are digital game features licensed for use within Littlekin. They are not money, investments, bank deposits or property redeemable for cash. They have no cash-out value and cannot be sold or exchanged outside the game. In-game gifting is permitted only through the features we provide.
Before paying, review the package, price and currency displayed at checkout. Payment providers such as PayPal apply their own terms. Never purchase with a payment method you are not authorized to use. Coins are credited only after payment is verified; a delay or failed return to the game does not mean you should pay again. Contact us with your purchase reference if delivery is missing.
Egg hatching and exploration involve random outcomes. An egg provides a random creature from the possibilities shown for that egg; it does not guarantee a particular species. Random results may repeat. Random rewards are for game use only, with no real-money prize or redemption. Purchase only where these features are lawful and available to you.
Refund policy
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or we agree to a refund. Changing your mind, an unwanted random result, using the coins, losing interest or a rule violation does not by itself create an additional voluntary refund entitlement.
This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair or other consumer rights. We will address duplicate or unauthorized charges, non-delivery and defective digital content according to applicable law and the circumstances. We do not treat acceptance of these terms alone as a waiver of statutory withdrawal rights. Where a valid separate consent to immediate supply and acknowledgement is legally required, that must be obtained separately.
Contact us promptly with your account and purchase reference to request help or exercise a legal cancellation right. Do not send a card number, password or security code. You may also use your payment provider’s lawful dispute process; a good-faith dispute is not itself misconduct. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we may remove the corresponding unused coins or benefits and investigate suspected abuse, subject to your legal rights.
Personalized merchandise
Merchandise information added 26 October 2026. This feature is initially available only to selected test accounts.
Physical merchandise is separate from care coins and digital game items. Where available, you can choose a product featuring a creature from your account and its name, with your caretaker name included only if you select it. Review the personalized preview, product option, size or model, delivery address, currency, item price, shipping and tax total before approving payment. Product images are previews; print colors and placement may vary from a screen image.
We use Printify and its fulfillment partners to produce and deliver these items. An approved checkout is not proof of completed payment. We arrange fulfillment after payment is verified; availability depends on the product and destination. Closing the game or deleting your account does not cancel an order already in progress. Contact us with the order reference if payment or delivery appears delayed before placing another order.
Contact us promptly about an incorrect, damaged, defective or missing item, or to request cancellation. Whether an order can be changed or stopped depends on its production and shipment status. This section does not limit any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, replacement or other consumer rights. The digital-coin refund description above does not remove rights that apply to physical goods.
The Kindred Patron discount applies to coin packages only; it does not apply to merchandise. Buying merchandise does not grant extra care coins or gameplay benefits.
Kindred Patrons · monthly subscription
Patron subscription terms added 18 October 2026.
Kindred Patron membership costs $3.99 USD per month. PayPal charges the first payment when you subscribe and automatically renews the subscription each month until you cancel. There is no free trial or setup fee. PayPal shows the payment details before you approve; your payment provider may apply currency conversion when your payment account uses another currency.
While your verified paid period is active, your caretaker account receives the Moonstone sigil, the patron name color and profile title, and no display ads while signed in, including on public Littlekin reading pages. Optional rewarded videos remain available if you choose to watch them. Active patrons also receive a 10% discount on all one-time coin packages, applied automatically to new checkouts and rounded to the nearest cent. The discount does not apply to items bought with care coins, to the monthly Patron membership, or to merchandise. Unpaid discounted checkouts cannot be completed after the paid membership ends; a new checkout at the regular price is required. Completed payments retain the amount actually paid. Patronage does not include coins, better game odds, totems, or exclusive creatures. These benefits are tied to your caretaker account and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Cancel before the next renewal using Cancel monthly renewal in your caretaker profile, or manage automatic payments in PayPal. Cancellation stops future renewals and preserves benefits through the already-paid period. Merely closing a browser, signing out, or stopping play does not cancel the subscription. Contact us if you cannot access your account or need help cancelling. A failed or pending payment does not extend membership; benefits may end when the last verified paid period ends. A fully refunded or reversed payment no longer provides that period of benefits. For refund requests, use the contact details below; nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
4. Warnings, restrictions and bans
To protect the community and service, we may remove or restrict content, require a name change, reverse fraudulently obtained rewards, limit features, suspend an account temporarily, or permanently ban an account for serious or repeated violations, fraud, legal obligations or material security risks. The response should reflect the severity, context, impact and history of the behavior. Serious threats, child exploitation, payment fraud or attacks may lead to immediate action without a prior warning.
Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will tell you the reason and how to appeal. We may withhold details when necessary to protect another person, an investigation or service security. A ban can end access to creatures, items and coins; any refund or compensation rights required by law still apply. Purchasing coins does not exempt an account from the rules.
You may appeal through the contact details below, identifying your account and explaining why you believe the decision was mistaken. Do not include another person’s private information. We may restore access or revise a decision after review. Lawful complaints and good-faith appeals are welcome.
5. Copyright and your content
To the extent protected by applicable law, Littlekin’s software, original artwork, branding, designs, text and other operator-created materials belong to the operator or their licensors. All rights are reserved except the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service under these terms. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce, resell or distribute our materials without permission, except as permitted by law.
You may share your pet’s public link and ordinary gameplay screenshots for personal, non-misleading posts, provided you respect other users’ privacy and do not imply sponsorship or official status. This permission does not allow selling our artwork or creating a competing game from our assets.
You retain rights you have in your original comments, names, biographies and other submitted content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide Littlekin’s features, including public profiles and sharing previews you choose to use. Private messages are not licensed for public advertising. The license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup, legal, security and record-keeping needs described in the Privacy Notice.
If you believe content infringes your rights, send the location of the content, a description of the protected work, your contact details and the basis of your claim. We may request information to verify and resolve it.
6. Game changes and availability
Littlekin is an evolving online game. We may adjust balance, traits, prices, rewards, limits and features, fix mistakes, or pause the service for maintenance. Progress and availability are not guaranteed to remain unchanged forever. We will act reasonably regarding paid content and give notice of material adverse changes or closure where practicable or required by law. Applicable remedies for paid content are preserved.
Subject to mandatory legal guarantees, we provide the service on an “as available” basis and cannot promise uninterrupted, error-free access or any particular game result. External links, social networks, advertisements and payment services are operated by third parties; their inclusion is not a guarantee or endorsement.
7. Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when this agreement was made, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. You remain responsible for your unlawful conduct and content you submit. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any other liability or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your mandatory local consumer rights and access to competent courts or regulators remain available. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a waiver of collective rights, or a court venue that overrides those protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent lawful.
8. Ending your account and updated terms
You may stop playing at any time and contact us to request account deletion. “Let go” removes a creature; it does not delete your account or automatically refund purchases. We may retain records required for legal, payment, security or dispute-resolution purposes, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
We may update these terms and will publish the effective date and version here. For material changes, we will provide notice and seek renewed agreement when legally required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued legal rights. Existing accounts are not automatically recorded as having accepted a new version merely because it was published.
