My suggestions

I've only been on the site for a day but I have a few suggestions. - An inventory/Your shelf area where each item and what they do/use limits are clearly displayed - An area where you can view all littlekins and their status in one place. Its a pain to have to keep flicking between individual profiles - Egg exchange area to swap eggs of equal rarity - Ability to transfer Littlekins? (I have no idea what happens when you have too many, can you abandon them?) Or some way to merge Littlekins once you start getting rarer types? I can already see later game times being prohibitive with the leveling up/trait grind unless there are mechanics I don't know about? - More plot/worldbuilding/flavour-text. I'm sure the quests will help with this - An auto-explore function where a littlekin automatically keeps exploring that area until they run out of energy/journeys. Or generally something to stop the need to continuous need to check the site. I can see new players being put off by the time investment. Perhaps this could be unlocked when a littlekin reaches X level or something? - Transmittable cosmetic traits like colours or accessories (items)/features (e.g horns, wings) for littlekins I'll add to this thread as I keep exploring the site! Feel free to add your own thoughts!

Lot sugestion intersting. The user interface is for the most important thing, I think
Some more suggestions: - The Playmate system lacks some vital systems. We need a 'Your friends' tab (like the one displayed if you go through Sanctuary > Your Littlekins > Click the Littlekin and scroll). Getting to this list currently takes a minimum of 3 clicks and the Littlekin profile is closed after every interaction (meaning at least 2 more clicks), which is a MAJOR pain. We could also do with a 'Played With You' tab where other's playdates with you are displayed. Currently the only way to see this is on notifications, which is a real pain to filter through. We also need a secondary filter for this for each Littlekin you own. - Keep other people's Littlekin pages open after interacting - Make it so you can choose which Littlekin to play with someone's Littlekin when you click the Playdate button. Having to open the menu and switch Littlekin that way takes ages (on mobile). - Change the location of the Nursery to make it more obvious as it is an important area. I couldn't find it without checking the instructions twice - Create some bonus for having/using/interacting with Kindred, since I assume they cannot be used for eggs? It feels like they are purely cosmetic which is fine but it would add a secondary reason to get them - Create way to see another person's entire collection of Littlekins Loving the Kindred! Just what the site needs

If you click on your name and bring down the menu, scrolling down next to the sign out button is a LittleKin button that takes you to a profile page that has all of them on it.

Also can visit it from menu and in sanctuary My littlekin link.
My issue is that we have: - Sanctuary - Individual Littlekin health needs and exploring status. No access to existing friend list or other littlekins on same page - My Littlekin summary - Only shows traits and whether they are exploring. No health needs or ability to welcome back from exploring - Individual littlekins - Traits and friend list, no access to health, exploring status In summary, to do all the basic things you need to do to care for your littlekin, you have to visit 3 different slightly different pages. To do health stuff, you have to go to Sanctuary and then manually open the menu and select pet. Basically, its not whether you can find the information or not, its about how many clicks and going back and forth you need to do to do basic Littlekin care and playdates
Another essential feature - a like button for forum posts! Will be especially useful to gain understanding of community consensus!

Huh...if it is a forum renew i dont wanted a dislike button ( but la like button is fine). Because if problem with post it has report in case
Thanks Littlekin team! Glad they are being heard and happy to help the site grow! Another few of suggestions: - An amendment to my previous idea: We need a general trade system. It would be great to trade any number of items (maybe up to 3-5?) with one another. A customisable description where you can state the items you would consider trading for would be ideal. An 'offer' system with a note system that you can accept or reject would also be very helpful. I say this thinking of late-game. Once you have high value eggs/items/kindred eggs/seeds, you may want to trade for multiple useful items and not neccessarily like-for-like. - More items for later game boosting of care buttons like the brush, cloud and kite. I.e more powerful items - XP scaling for interacting with friends. At friendship 10, it costs 6 energy and gives only 15xp, compared to 2x non-friends giving 30xp. This discourages building friendships. I know this may be a built-in trade off to make players be strategic but given that rarer traits need extremely high friendship levels to be transmitted, the reward system could use more thought. - Additional rewards for high friendship levels. You have to be lucky to see a friend on a Exploration and, once you have/don't need the traits, there is less reason to make friends. Maybe you get a daily bonus item or coins per x level of friendship your littlekin has? I was going to suggest a percentage of friend player harvests but that essentially means building friendships with players that become inactive is a waste. Again, you need friendships to give much bigger rewards for the increased investment
Jusr dont forget for friendhip it has tier and impact on it. Actually tier 1 : 3/ tier 2 : 25 and tier 3 50. For moment i dont know if it has limit ( 100?) But maybe put a special tier for reach the 100 friendship can motivate. Because the only way to motivate level up 100 to a other is for obtain a legendary trait to a other pet for you common pet
Here are another few! - Allow items to stack above 99. If people want to save their consumables for an achievable Community goal, it should be allowed (Thanks Manus) - Offer smaller rewards for each phase of the Community goal like coins, candy etc. This means putting into the pot won't be useless if the end goal isn't reached (Thanks Manus) - Create 'profile indicators' for Littlekins. Since we can now collect 200 and only have 8 active, there is a risk that you'll build friendship with someone only for them to be put into the Resting area. This removes any point to making friends with them as there is no reward for it at all. It'd be nice to be able to mark the littlekins we are actively building/growing friendships with an indicator that can be seen on the owner profile, or vice versa. For example, I intend to use my 8th slot to farm coins and I'd like that to be easy to see! - Just another comment: Again, the investment and reward system for building friendships is very unbalanced and really needs thought. Right now, it makes way more sense to interact with non-friends to farm XP than to interact with friends. The suggestions I made earlier could help or a decently high chance of receiving bonus items for friend interactions would be something. I still think a regular low daily coin reward (in addition to boosted XP each interaction potentially) per friendship would work best tho - we need a reward that will persist even if a littlekin is put in the resting area. - Something to do with spare eggs! This will be needed more and more as the player base grows. Being able to use them to boost XP growth or sacrifice for coins is a couple of ideas. - Same for duplicate littlekins! I get that you may not want them to be tradable for balance reasons. However, getting eggs is hard to start with and currently duplicates do nothing for you!
- The ability to @mention members to notify them and link to their profile. Potentially, reaction buttons in addition to likes to see sentiment (I am also against a dislike button) - A #number permanent identity for each littlekin that links to their profile when mentioned in forum posts - Rewards/recognition/awards/achievements for those who are active in helping/supporting the community/the site. Whether this is public or private, I think it'd be appreciated. For example, I think Jen deserves a reward for making her Quests guide and Laupin for being so active and helpful in the community. While the site is still small, I think this would really help the site feel friendly and personal and would encourage more engagement/helpfulness generally. - Streak and active member rewards - Achievements with rewards attached! And bonuses (e.g X coins for hatching an egg, for resting littlekins x amounts of time daily). Make everything more rewarding. Gamify the site a bit more! It will encourage more activity (speaking as a psych grad - its insane how powerful this form of reinforcement can be!) - The ability to 'feed' your seeds to existing garden plots to raise the number by 1-3. I.e more ability to grow more items in each plot. Otherwise, those of us those of us with full garden beds lose out and tbh, subsituting food rewards would be a downgrade - If you are concerned about balance, another option: Ability to sell items to the shop! To discourage this, you could limit it to certain items (e.g not common-rare foods that are easily farmed). I also think it'd be fair to make the sell price significantly lower than shop buying price. Even if this feature is just short-term, I'm sure those of us in the leaderboard would appreciate it a lot! If you implement a trading post with a coin purchase element, hopefully that'd help the site instead/inaddition.
- The ability to @mention members to notify them and link to their profile. Potentially, reaction buttons in addition to likes to see sentiment (I am also against a dislike button) Frankly i wanted be agree but with the letter quest i fear about spaming xith this way. For my club i wanted but maybe we need special trick. Able to put a link on name is more inteesting to a mention a think. People can click( or not) for see this people/ pet and be useful fir pet( friendhip / learning trait) joirney/ team Rewards/recognition/awards/achievements for those who are active in helping/supporting the community/the site. Thank but i fell it is for that the star system of pet exist. Maybr do this for the profil will be more usuful for that, for recognition. And they reward peoole who pay with cosmetic with the diamond in fact. It show people who support site sale they are not active on forum and we will not firtget them. I dint believe give reward is a good idea for active but like button / star systel is better in fact for this. ( and if you really cometix able ti gain achievelent when obtain a lot of like in fact)
- Amend egg art to show the type of creature in each egg. Right now it is the same for littlekins of each rarity. If you have a lot of eggs like me, it can make selecting the wrong one a bigger risk - Scale coin rewards with levels better. After you reach level 11, the reward is capped at 10 coins. This means it isn't profitable to level littlekins past level 20. Perhaps this is by design but the diminishing rewards makes later leveling feel much more grindy. Perhaps you could raise it incrementally at certain goals e.g 15 coins for lvl 16, 20 coins for lvl 21 etc - Make kindred/hybrids searchable via the searchbar. I think adding them to the dropdown would be unwieldy and detrimental but the fact that it is possible to breed same type kindreds makes this especially desirable and needed - I've mentioned this before but we still need it - A way to see a person's entire littlekin collection AND/OR what littlekins they have collected. Preferably both. This will help us help eachother complete our collections. - Little UI things on mobile - On the menu, make it so that the littlekins are in a grid of 8, with the active one highlighted. I understand that having the active littlekin at the top is to highlight it but the fact that the boxes shift means I have to memorise the order of Littlekins to recharge them smoothly. This is a problem since their order changes if you rest/take a littlekin out of resting. I regularly forget my place and end up backtracking/repeating and it is intensely annoying. You could also have both the active box at the top and a set of eight boxes below so the active one is visible without scrolling. Also, I saw someone else mention this but PLEASE stop the menu from auto-collapsing. I misclick so often because it does so so quickly!
Change it so if you have more than 2k coins, you can see the full amount on the topbar on mobile

Roo, just to make sure we understand correctly: by "auto-collapsing" do you mean the menu closes when you click somewhere else on the page? Or does it close on its own after a moment, even without clicking?

It closes on its own without clicking. Its pretty random
That definitely shouldn't happen. Could you try refreshing the page and see if it still happens? If it does, please let us know which device and browser you're using, and send a screenshot if you can. That will help us track it down.

I'll keep an eye on it and let you know if I keep experiencing it as it happens intermittently. My phone is a Samsung S21 and I'm using the inbuilt browser. To add onto my previous feedback, the friendship system really does need reviewing. I've just been aware by a player that there is a major other issue I hadn't considered. At the moment, it costs only 3 energy even if you interact with a littlekin over 3 times /before/ reaching friendship 3. This is encouraging players to repeatedly play with non-friend littlekins. The problem? The other littlekin bears the increased energy costs from friendship 3 onwards, while the other person does not. This is not so much of an issue for common littlekins - There are lots of them! However, for higher rarity littlekins, there is only a small number of them, meaning that one side loses out while the other profits. This is offputting to players, especially since there is no real rewards for building a friendship other than Journeys (which rarely cross over in timing and only raise your odds a small amount). To fix this, I think there needs to be a two-pronged approach: - Starting from interaction number 3, the initiating littlekin pays the same energy cost as the recipient will once reaching friendship level 3. As much as I hate making the game harder, this is much fairer for all players. - Make building higher-level friendships more profitable and worthwhile. Boosting XP (even if it's just an extra 5 per extra energy to keep it at the same level) would be especially helpful. Having to use increased energy is already a downside! However, other solid rewards for everything past level 3 would encourage this aspect much more. Right now, it is far far more profitable to exclusively interact with non-friends.
I'm onboard with what Roo is bringing up about the higher energy costs for higher friendship ratings, especially for the epic / legendary kindred. When my Stag was lvl 4, he was bred 26 times with another Caretaker's Stag, trying to get an Egg from the pairing. That's a lot of energy costs for a low littlekin (at the time) if I wanted to keep trying to get another Egg for myself. My Stag is level 8 now, and it currently costs 9 energy, if I want to continue doing playdates with the same Stag to try for more eggs. That's nearly half its energy in one playdate. And at every 5 mins to regain a little bit of energy. There's literally no reward for me to keep trying for that 2% egg. Same can be said for trying to max out the rarer traits, if the kindred with the maxed out traits also start to do playdates while I try to learn from them with a low level kindred that gets costly after awhile.
